私たちが自ら足を運び、お会いした瀬戸内の生産者さんたちが、精魂込めて作られた食材。

それら旬の食材の魅力をそのまま生かす料理をお出しします。

"sami" is an innovative fusion restaurant in Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, which opened on December 6, 2023.

The ingredients are produced by producers in the Setouchi area whom we have personally visited and met, and who have put their heart and soul into their products.

We serve dishes that bring out the best of these seasonal ingredients.

「陰翳礼讃」をコンセプトにリデザインした店内

『然味-sami』は、倉敷美観地区の路地を入った奥にあります。

まさに「隠れ家」のような佇まいの店内は、もともと民家だったもの。

その家が「陰翳礼讃」をコンセプトに、美観地区と同じように東洋も西洋も融合したレストランとして生まれ変わりました。

"sami" is located at the end of an alley in the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter.

The interior of the restaurant, which has the appearance of a "hideout," was originally a private house.

The house has been reborn as a restaurant that, like the Bikan Historical Quarter, is a fusion of East and West, based on the concept of "In Praise of Shadows".
