『然味-sami-』は、2023年12月6日にオープンした、倉敷美観地区のイノベーティブ・フュージョンレストラン。

「自然との柔やかな調和」をコンセプトとしています。

私たちが自ら足を運び、お会いした瀬戸内の生産者さんたちが、精魂込めて作られた食材。

それら旬の食材の魅力をそのまま生かす料理をお出しします。

"sami" is an innovative fusion restaurant in Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, which opened on December 6, 2023.
Our concept is "smiling harmony with nature".

The ingredients are produced by producers in the Setouchi area whom we have personally visited and met, and who have put their heart and soul into their products.

We serve dishes that bring out the best of these seasonal ingredients.

「陰翳礼讃」をコンセプトにリデザインした店内

『然味-sami』は、倉敷美観地区の路地を入った奥にあります。

まさに「隠れ家」のような佇まいの店内は、もともと民家だったもの。

その家が「陰翳礼讃」をコンセプトに、美観地区と同じように東洋も西洋も融合したレストランとして生まれ変わりました。

"sami" is located at the end of an alley in the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter.

The interior of the restaurant, which has the appearance of a "hideout," was originally a private house.

The house has been reborn as a restaurant that, like the Bikan Historical Quarter, is a fusion of East and West, based on the concept of "In Praise of Shadows".

ロゴに込めた思い

山、森、海、川、田畑。

豊かな自然に囲まれた瀬戸内という土地で、私たち人間が自然に合わせながら、料理とお店を通じて、より良く調和した形を目指したい。

そうした思いを込めながら、万物が流転しているような、流れるようなイメージをロゴに込めています。

流れるラインのうちの5本が、自然である山、森、海、川、田畑を表現しています。

色が違う1本が、私たち人間。

自然の要素の中に、人間も調和しながら混ざり込んでいくイメージを表現しました。

Mountains, forests, oceans, rivers, and fields.

In Setouchi, a land surrounded by rich nature, we would like to aim for a better and more harmonious form through our cuisine and restaurants, while we humans adjust to nature.

With this in mind, we have created this logo that expresses a flowing image, as if all things are in flux.

Five of the flowing lines in the logo represent nature - mountains, forests, oceans, rivers, and fields - and one of the different colors represents us, humans.

This logo expresses the image of humans mixing harmoniously with the elements of nature.
